I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
It's basically pure crossfit now, but grew up playing everything. Played baseball, basketball, football in high school and football in college.
My Experience With CrossFit

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have been coaching/crossfitting for close to 4 years but only officially coaching for about 2 years now. I love helping people get better at becoming well rounded in the gym.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I do random heavy volume days and am focusing primarily on getting stronger until game time.
