How I Eat
I'm an emotional eater. So when I'm angry, frustrated, sad, hurt, or Asian "shamed"…I stuff my face to numb out those feelings.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I love doing the women's recommended weight. It pushes me to my Asian potential.

I regularly play recreational sports
I love play basketball, swim, and learn martial arts. However due to my poor sportsmanship, I've been kicked out of numerous Asian & Christian sports leagues. I'm wondering when Crossfit will give me the boot.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Some people swear by yoga, I swear in Crossfit…no other sport will allow this. Thanks Crossfit for changing my life by allowing me not to change by lexicon.

I typically rest 30 out of 31 days or 27 days in February when it's not a leap year.
