I weigh and measure my food
I follow zone, I don't measure the amounts but I eat about 20 blocks per day

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train 6 days taking a day off if I feel my body needs it. Sometimes 2 a day with a strength and metcon double.
