Hey I'm Mike Lee and I'm just about to graduate from med school. I've found that crossfit helps provide that structure, guidance, and supportive community that really forces me to keep in shape despite a tough work schedule. I've also found it improves my self-confidence which directly translates into better performance at work and in life in general.
How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I really need to work on this! Goals are to visit sprouts, and pack meals instead of eating crappy hospital cafeteria food. I would ideally like to use paleo as a general guideline for meal choices.
