How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I usually monitor what I eat, in terms of types of foods. I have done Whole30 but it was so restrictive that once off the program, I regressed a bit more than I probably should have.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I've been trying to workout at both my CrossFit gym and the regular gym as I have other athletic events for which I need to train. Unfortunately, I haven't been getting to the regular gym as much as I've wanted.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I have run quite a bit over the last few years and have competed in half marathons and triathlons.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have only been doing CrossFit for 6 months.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I do CrossFit 5 days a week. I try to do a gym workout after Crossfit 2-3 days a week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Just hit my 6 month "anniversary."
