I found out about CrossFit through rowing. Athletes from CrossFit were winning indoor rowing competitions and I decided to give CrossFit a try to see if it could improve my rowing. CrossFit has become a bigger part of my life, but I still try to squeeze in some rowing.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I record my workouts
Secretly (ha!) I still do some longer cardio workouts at the YMCA, but often mix them up with CrossFit type intervals.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Did gymnastics for a bit in high school, but nothing super competitive. Have also done some running in the past. Most recently have done sweep rowing and sculling.

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started CrossFit in February 2013. Love the support from the CrossFit community at my home box, and other affiliates where I have visited.
