How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Finally getting the diet dialed in over the past few months has me feeling stronger and more confident. Recovery times down, cardio up! LETS GET IT!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Crossfit Covington OG, The Outlaw Way follower.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Played football for 14 years.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
Full time crossfitter, part-time motivator. (i.e. I'm the guy yelling at everyone until my throat hurts.)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Mostly crossfit via The Outlaw Way and signature WODs (like the ladies), A little yoga, and some running sprinkled in.
