Both my wife & I have been doing CrossFit for almost 2 years. It has changed our lives. We've lost around 85-90 lbs combined. It's made us eat better and focus on a healthier lifestyle. I still have a goal of obtaining my Level 1 Certification. On 1/7/13, I did Fran is 6:58 which was almost a 3 min PR. During the 2012 Open I only got 1 snatch at 135#. Now my max is 155#. I've seen improvements in all of my times & lifts due to patience and hard work.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I workout at my affiliate, CrossFit Covington, on average 4 days/week.
