When I am not doing Crossfit, I am doing various forms of cardio including running, cycling, swimming, and Zumba.

I have danced for over 20 years and played softball, basketball, and volleyball growing up.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I work on strength and skill work after finishing a workout.
