How I Eat

I eat whatever is convenient

i eat frequently, and with little regard to those around me. every meal i eat, may be my last. in the words of my 15 year old cousin, YOLO

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

When I'm not working out, I like to eat, and develop excuses to not work out. When I am working out, I mainly complain and socialize with others who are working out.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I have always moved around and been somewhat athletic, but you can't tell by looking at my stomach, back, arms, or chins. I quote Louis CK, "I have to run 5 miles, 3 times a week to maintain this sh*t body"

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I go to Crossfit mainly for the bragging rights to those who don't go. I have also come to terms with my ability to come in last for almost every wod. If anything, I am consistent.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I try and rest 7 days a week. I like to fully dedicate myself to the rest portion of the programming.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

2-4 years

I've done it long enough to know that I have not yet mastered basic arithmetic to add how much weight I am lifting. In addition (total pun intended) when I am out of breath, I have difficulty counting.
