I eat as clean as I can. Paleo lifestyle and then every Friday night I look forward to pizza, beer and dessert. I promote a healthy lifestyle so my members can follow a good leader.

I was a gymnast for 10 years. Competed at the national level. Now all I do is CF, which gives me the opportunity to do gymnastics every now and then.
