How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I really try hard to keep it strict BUT I have a little peanut butter problem)

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

OPT programing, Mike Fitzgerald writes my daily workouts and I have some great trainers at South Tahoe Crossfit to help!

I played youth or high school level sports
