How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Close to Paleo but am conscious of a more alkaline diet that the higer acidic Paleo.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I also do Pilates and ride my bicycle when weather is decent (daylight, 60 degrees and relatively clean streets)
My Athletic Background
played recreational sports decades ago. horseback riding in recent past. biking for past 7 years - ranging from 20 miles to week trips of 60-80miles/day.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I try to fit in other types of workouts when not doing CrossFit three days a week.
