How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
As a student, I pretty much just eat food wherever/whenever I can get it. I try to each as much as possible.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I train at least once per day, 4 days or more at my affiliate, the rest at a traditional gym. Sometimes I will do a two a days, and I usually write my own programming when I am not at my affiliate.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
High school swimmer and runner. I have never played a ball sport.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My dad believes in fitness, he introduced me to it.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
Unfortunately I sit a lot for classes, so I often feel rested just from that.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started in 2011, with some of the basics, and progressed from there. Foundations in 2013, and now the Open this year.
