How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
As a student, I pretty much just eat food wherever/whenever I can get it. I try to each as much as possible.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I train at least once per day, 5 days or more per week at my affiliate.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
High school swimmer and runner. I have never played a ball sport.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My dad believes in fitness, he introduced me to it.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Unfortunately I sit a lot for classes, so I often feel rested just from that.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started taking fitness seriously in early February of 2014. This years Open will be the one year mark.
