How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I am pretty good at avoiding bad carbs and refined sugars and sticking with good protein sources and complex carbs. If I have a downfall it's beer but I do limit that as well. I do consume a diet high in antioxidants and although a lot of that comes from fruits and vegetables, most comes from cold pressed high antioxidant dark chocolate. I lost 50 lbs in 2010 as part of a 50 person high antioxidant medically supervised weight loss program harnessing the power of cold pressed Belgian chocolate. The study was peer reviewed and publish in the American Journal of Bariatrics in the Fall 2011 edition.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Generally 4 days a week, sometimes 5 but as of Mid-February 2012 we are adjusting that as my coaches believe I may be over training. I love Crossfit and all of the athletes that work out in our box in Coeur d Alene.
