How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I do my best to eat clean and have stuck to foods that are mostly Paleo. I do have small cheat snacks that are available to me throughout the day to curb a larger craving.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played baseball, soccer, and football growing up. I continued to play baseball into Junior College. Now I play rec baseball in an adult league on Sundays.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I signed up after buying a Groupon that got me started at a discounted rate. But after training with Gabe Subry and falling in love with Crossfit, I now go 4-6 times a week.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I only have time for one workout each day and try to fit it in around work.
