How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try as much as possible to eat quality foods where possible, but to be honest, my diet is not great! Something I can definitely improve on......trying to learn more - help!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played professional sports
I played rugby professionally for a few years in the UK and in Italy......in my youth!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I have had the privilege of training at 3 different CrossFit gyms in SA, been moving around a bit. I have always lived an active lifestyle, mainly playing touch rugby and surfing......but CrossFit was "that thing" I was looking for to keep me in the shape I wanted to be. I always understood the need for functional conditioning from playing rugby and living as a professional sportsman for a few lucky years, but I grew frustrated after finishing playing a few years ago as I realized I wasn't where I could be. CrossFit took care of that!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
My training is a bit haphazard as I travel quite a bit for work.......I rest when I feel I need it.
