How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I focus on eating real food 100% of the time, and clean (vegetables, humanely-sourced meat, fish, fruit, nuts and legumes) 90% of the time.

I played youth or high school level sports
I'm a runner; I've done races of various types and lengths since high school. CrossFit has improved my times.
