I weigh and measure my food
Trying to eat healthier, not pure paleo but zone proportions with minimal dairy and grains. It's my Zo-leo diet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Try to get to the box 4 days a week and then do one crossfit based workout at home with the wife on the weekends.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Only played youth baseball and hated it. Too uncoordinated to do much of anything else.
