I am not really athletic, never have been. In the summer of 2012, I started doing Crossfit with my husband. September 2012, I got pregnant, so I continued Crossfit with one of our trainers. June 2013, I had the baby, and I have been slowly getting back into the gym. In the past 6 weeks, I've been working out 3-4 times a week. I'm doing the Games so I can set some reasonable goals for next year! I'm just going to do my best, even if my best is all modifications. :)
