How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I try to eat well but consume more sugar than most folks and a fair bit of the alcohol as well. I do try to eat as many veggies as I can and stay away from the bad carbs and fast food for the most part.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I try to train pretty hard. I do 4-5 WODs per week and also a fair amount of power lifting as well. Being a little guy, strength is always my weakness so I try to focus a lot of time on improving my strength numbers in lifts.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I rock climb and have been a climber for many years now. Other than that though, I have never really done competitive sports other than on a recreational level. When I was 10 I thought I would be in the NBA one day, but then I grew up and realized I was short and white, so I let that dream die.
