How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
My diet is a work in progress. Down 45 lbs from when I started Crossfit and began learning about the right ways to eat. Still a lot of improvement needed in this area.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I write the program for our gym. We base our program on building proficiency with the barbell, and we follow a periodized strength and skill development program, along side short (usually under 15 minutes) intense conditioning sessions. We mix in occasional longer metcons in for a little more endurance and mental toughness aspects.

USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. I train people as part of our box's Oly Club Program.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
5 training days and 2 rest days per week.
