Been crossfitting for just under 3 years, only started really committing after 1 year when I got double unders in my first open. That is when I really bought in! I do the regular gym programming about 5 times a week. I strongly dislike wall balls, thrusters and rowing - its really tough when you are 5ft and 1/2 an inch tall! I do like burpees, box jumps and running. I've lost 65 lbs in 3 years, an achievement i sometimes cannot believe. I love my box and love the community aspect of the sport. I am a junior associate/assistant coach at the gym and hope to instill in others the healthy lifestyle of fitness that has changed my life.
