I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
Home gym during the week, Crossfit gym on weekends or on the road. I follow affiliate programming.

I was mostly a really skinny runner back in the old days.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
3 on 1 off. Occasional add rest days in response to feel.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
First year was *very* loosely followed main site. Second year was more focused, but still un-coached. Third (current) year I took a elements course at an affiliate and now workout there one or two times per week.
