Bio

I have always been an athlete since a very young age. My athletic background began in Track and Field and Field Hockey and extended to Gymnastics when I moved to Canada. In Junior High and High School I played basketball, volleyball and track and field. I also played a few seasons of soccer to keep my endurance going during my track and field off season. I received a track and field scholarship in college and then further expanded to 10k's, half marathons and eventually full marathons after I graduated. I started sprint triathlons a few yrs ago and my most recent challenge is now CrossFit which is my new love! Can't wait to see where this takes me!
