I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Paleo during the week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I love fitness! I try to work out at Crossfit Asia, Crossfit Bagus, or with the the Boss Ladies in Kinser. Worst comes to worst, Ill work at home. I also try to do yoga once a week!

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Havent played organized sports since 1998. I dabbled in running since 2005, but finally found my niche at crossfitasia in 2010.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
With a full time job which has a rotating schedule, I work out when I can.
