How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm eating low carb food. Lot's of meat, fish, vegetables and fat. I'm now trying to cut down on dairy products and even reducing my crapfood eating in weekends :)
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I follow Crossfit Invictus Competition programming. I think it's fantastic, really well thought, variated and fun.
My Athletic Background
I've been a soccerplayer since i was five years old and went to a soccercollage for three years. Stopped playing three years ago.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Begun Crossfit at the summer of 2010 at Crossfit Kalmar and i'm now one of the trainers there. I'm going to complete Cf level 1 in April 2012.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
the programming is often 3 on 1 of 2 on 1 of, so 2 days of rest every week.
