I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I do what Cez (Cesar Flores) says. Most injuries are from being clumsy ... So far, all injuries have been non-CrossFit related. Such as, but not limited to, tripping over a barbell, running too far in new shoes.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I danced in high school. Yes. Dance is a sport. I also grew up with 5 sisters + 2 brothers... now that is training for the unknown.

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I rest according to how my body feels.

I couldn't run around the block without stopping when i first started. now i can!
