It all stared with a co-worker in the secret back room of a YMCA in Glendale. He showed me his kettle bell, I almost killed myself doing the WOD (I accidentally hit myself in the head and had a headache the next morning) and I was hooked on CrossFit.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I do what Cez says. When I am injured (So far, all injuries have been non-CrossFit related. Such as, but not limited to, tripping over a barbell) Bass and Trish fix me.

I played youth or high school level sports
I danced in high school. Yes. Dance is a sport.
