I love CrossFit and am grateful to my family at CrossFit Roar, my husband Jason, my ridiculously clever and patient coach Brian, Reebok Australia, Again faster Australia, PurePharma Australia, SportsMed Corp, and Progenex for all being so encouraging and supportive while I live my dream.

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

Food! Specifically, good food + no stress + no guilt + treats with the people I love = Happy and healthy

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I strictly schedule my rest days

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off. Active recovery is a must! Sundays are rest days.
