I've wrestled almost all my life and love to compete. After wrestling in college, I found crossfit and have been doing it since june 2011. Recently started playing rugby.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Also work out at Rugby practice.

Wrestled at Oregon State for 4 years. Started rugby this year.
