I'm a 28 year old mother of two that uses Crossfit to train for Mud Runs.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I make the healthy choices when it comes to regular meals, but I admit to eating 4000 cal of Nutella a week.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
2 days a week I run interval sprints in the evening in addition to a Crossfit workout in the morning.
