How I Eat
I try to be Paleo but I have a love affair with candy.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train on a regular basis and often have to be reminded to take a rest day.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I swam AAU as a youth I rowed crew in college I wakeboard, paddleboard, surf, swim, ski, mountain bike, run, hike and whatever else is going at the minute.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
I consider myself a kook. I find humor in most situations. There are people that believe I am not a serious athlete because I tend to get silly. Don't be fooled...I am competitive and driven and finally found someone that believes this truth.
