Bio

I heard too vividly the voice of the critic. I have destroyed the doubt within my mind and become the person I have always been within. This requires more focus than any physical effort. I have definitely built my base strength in a matter of months. My nutrition has improved drastically. I eat a steady diet with healthy foods. There have been several occasions that I have made the stand against doing something I felt was not beneficial for my wellbeing. I have improved my ability to stay focused during training sessions. How I got there was as individual as my fingerprint. But I got there! I am excited to extend my passion for fitness - mind and body, to everyone!! Philippians 3:14 ~Hylie
