How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to maintain a Zone based Paleo diet, 80% of the time ;)

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I started Crossfit in November 2013 at Crossfit BC in Vancouver where trained for 2 years. Currently train at Crossfit 604.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I've been training on average 5 WODs a week. Rarely go more than two days between WODs. For active rest in the spring/summer I do the Grouse Grind avg 42 min for time or for weight 20lbs vest.
