My Athletic Background
No formal sports. More of an action sports guy. Rollerbladed in my earlier years and did some breakdancing in High School. I still find time to rollerblade sometimes, although most of the time I prefer a lot of recreational running, snowboarding, surfing, and bike riding.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Hated it til I loved it.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I hit a crossfit Wod anywhere between 3-5 days a week depending on my work schedule/how my body is feeling that week in terms of sleep and such.
