I played youth or high school level sports
Played badminton at a provincial level through junior high and highschool. Started Crossfit in second year University.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
A certified friend started training me. When he wasn't around I would do main site WODs on my own at a regular gym. Sometimes I make my own WODS
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I do as many workouts as I can while also getting my graduate studies done. I take rest days when I feel I need them which is normally a 3 day on, 1 day off cycle.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
2 years of Architecture were not serious training. I'm looking forward to continuous improvement with dedication.
