How I Eat
I try to eat a lot, but I don't gain weight. People used to tell me "when you hit 30 you'll see that metabolism slow down and then you'll wish..." That was seven years ago.
How I Train
I try pacing myself out of the gate, but I usually get very tired and slow down...oftentimes to a complete halt, and that's when I just start staring at stuff or at no one in particular.
My Athletic Background
I ran alot as a kid. From teachers, the neighbor's dog, cops, whatever. I wasn't bad, just shy.

My Work/Rest Schedule
Alarm goes off at 5:00am and I reluctantly drag myself out of bed. Despite the amazing adaptability of the human species, after many years of doing this, it still sucks. My dog used to get up and come with me to the garage for my workout. He no longer does that. Instead he takes my place in bed and cuddles up next to my pregnant wife - who I think wants to kill me.
