How I Eat
Standard kitchen utensils mostly. On rare occasions I'll pull the chopsticks out. An over-sized spoon is my preferred method. I've been known to use spoons in non-conventional ways, such as with popcorn or skittles. The spoon has a far greater scope of ability than most people give it credit for.
How I Train
I try pacing myself out of the gate, but then get tired and slow down...sometimes to a complete halt, and that's when I just start staring at stuff.
My Athletic Background
I ran alot as a kid. From teachers, the neighbor's dog, cops, whatever. I wasn't bad, just shy.

My Work/Rest Schedule
Usually in the office by 7:30am. Usually leave by 5:30pm. I rest predominantly at night between the hours of 9:00pm and 4:30am. On Fri/Sat nights I may stay up as late as 10:30 or 11:00 though - however long it takes me to get through my DVR recordings of The Bachelor.
