Husband and father of two girls ages 3 and 6. I live in Omaha NE and teach and coach cross country and track to middle school students at Westside Middle School. I have been part of the CFO (Crossfit Omaha) family for 2 year now and love the sport and the people even more!
How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming
I train most of the time at Crossfit Omaha however being a husband father and coach means that many days I can't make it into the gym and the workouts happen in the closet we call the weight room at Westside Middle School. I also participate in my Cross Country and Track workouts with me athletes.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
Feels like I am an athlete again! Training for something and being pushed by a group and a coach is what I need. I am and always will be a competitor. Crossfit meets my inner desire to push myself to be the best.
