My Athletic Background
Hi have a background in gymnastics. I did artistic gymnastics at school level up to age 14 and had to stop due to a neck injury. From age 14-18, I did rhythmic gymnastics and resumed my artistic gymnastics at varsity for 5 years. I haven't done any other sports. I did a bit of gym training after varsity.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I tried to resume gymnastics in 2012 at age 28 after stopping for 4-5 years. I tore my anterior cruciate ligament, medial collateral ligament and both my menisci in my right knee in July 2012. After this I battled to get back into training and fell into a depression. A crossfit box opened at the gym where I work and I joined the crossfit affiliate in July 2013, a year after my knee injury. I absolutely fell in love with crossfit. I am training hard and I can use my gymnastics background. I have minimal trouble with my knee.

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
