I have a degree in Sport Science and did my honors in biokinetics (which is similar to physical therapy). I work as a biokineticist, sports masseuse and crossfit level 1 trainer. I did gymnastics at school and university (no other sports). I started crossfit in July 2013. I started competing in weightlifting in 2017 and went to my first Commonwealth Games this year in April 2018.
