I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I was a sprinter in track and field during junior high and high school
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started CrossFit shortly after I first heard about it because I needed a break from the boring gym routine.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Saturdays and Sundays are usually my rest days unless I'm able to attend a Saturday WOD
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I began nearly 5 years ago and not long after that I started travel nursing and finding affiliates that I liked were hard to come by. I was off and on for awhile and have been doing it without an extended break for at least 2 years now.
