I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to follow a paleo lifestyle but mostly i just keep away from processed type foods.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I try to work on skills at home but find my best progress comes at the box!

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I wish I stayed with crossfit 10 years ago when i was first introduced to the workouts. Since 2012 I've been pretty consistent working out at an affiliate and its been a life changer!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I'm currently working to a 3 on 1 off schedule.
