I like big butts and I can not lie. You other Crossfitters can't deny...that when a girl walks in the box with an itty bitty waist & a round thing in your face you get sprung...wanna pull out your tough 'cause you notice that butt was stuffed...deep in the lulu she's wearing, I'm hooked and I can't stop staring. OH BABY!
How I Eat
I can't cook. At all. Luckily, I have all of my Paleo zoned meals delivered to my home by Eatology.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
River City Crossfit. Ride or die.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played tennis in high school. In college I only played the field ;)
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
There are 3 things I remember clearly about my 1st Crossfit experience: I was coached by the one & only Stephanie Rodriguez, we did wall balls & I couldn't feel my legs the next day.
My Work/Rest Schedule
3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 1 off. Unless I have a hair appointment, Nothing is more important than my hair appointments.
