My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I played soccer for Texas Southern University for two years (2009 and 2010). Soccer has been a big part of my life before I did CrossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Since quitting soccer, I wanted to feel like the athlete I've always been and CrossFit was my answer!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
