Raised in Roswell, Georgia after graduating high school I attended the Military College of South Carolina (better known as the Citadel) and earned a Bachelors in International relations and military studies with a minor in East Asian Affairs. I first started doing Crossfit after the completion of my junior year when I joined the same affiliate as my mother (Crossfit Breaking Boundaries). From there I became very fond of Crossfit and did it daily to improve my overall health and strength. Upon Graduating the Citadel I was commissioned as an Ensign in the Navy and located to my first duty station in Pensacola, Florida where I currently reside. There I joined Mako Crossfit and have been there ever since. Upon immediately joining Mako, I found myself relearning everything about Crossfit, even though I had been doing it for over a year at that point. But this relearning process turned out to do wonders for me as I was able to hit new plateaus I had never achieved before as I moved along in training. Today my movements are better than they have ever been and I have the great coaching staff of Mako to thank for this. I couldn't of done it without any of those guys but I also know that I wouldn't even be doing Crossfit were it not for the coaching staff at Breaking Boundaries who found ways to motivate me through grueling workouts and got me interested in Crossfit to begin with. Thank all of you for getting me this far.
