I like to compete. Played football in college at Harding University. Went to law school and realized I really enjoyed the camaraderie that comes with having a bunch of red-blooded American dudes around. So I joined the Marine Corps and served as a judge advocate for about 4 years. Loved it. EASed in Jun 13 and my wifey and I moved back home to NW Arkansas.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I work out at 5 AM and was consistently hitting a wall until I reinserted bread into my dinner plan. It's amazing what a bit of tactical carb loading can do for performance.....
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I record my workouts
I was doing a lot of powerlifting last summer. Stopped feeling so good when I hit about 242lbs. Switched to Sealfit and dropped 20lbs over the course of a few months. Switched to TOW at the beginning of the year.
