How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Lately, I am starting to eat only seafood, especially salmon, and the occasional chicken. I was into grass fed beef and sweet potatoes for a minute but I ended up gaining weight and not the good kind. I am still slightly confused why regular potatoes are bad but sweet potatoes are good. I had the same stuffy bloated feeling with both...no more for me!

I am doing some stats analysis on my workouts and got some interesting results. I hope to include in an app once I got my trends and formulas in order.
