No performance history
I have dabbled in a lot of things in the past 5 years, but nothing has kept my interest. I have found this in crossfit. In March of 2013 I lost my father due to complications of a heart transplant. Over the past 5 years I watched him grow weaker while fighting his rare disease. After his death I decided to change my habits, stop complaining, and be the best I can be in every aspect of my life. I stumbled across fit farm and decided to give it a try. I checked all my problems at the door. Crossfit is my outlet and an accomplishment every single day. I lost an irreplaceable father, but have gained an entire family from it. I plan to continue crossfit for life! Open take two! No limits!
