I have dabbled in a lot of things in the past 5 years, but nothing has kept my interest. I have found this in crossfit. In March of 2013 I lost my father due to complications of a heart transplant. Over the past 5 years I watched him grow weaker while fighting his rare disease. After his death I decided to change my habits, stop complaining, and be the best I can be in every aspect of my life. I stumbled across fit farm and decided to give it a try. I checked all my problems at the door. Crossfit is my outlet and an accomplishment every single day. I lost an irreplaceable father last year but have gained an entire family from it. I plan to continue crossfit for life! This is my first open and I can't wait for what is to come! No limits!
How I Eat
I eat paleo during the work week with pre-made meals. Weekends I eat what I want which is usually something with cheese :)

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
In high school I ran cross country and was part of the golf team. I was a lifeguard and youth swimming instructor during high school. Two years ago I did my first and only probably sprint distance triathlon.

I usually only do 1 workout a day

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing crossfit for 8 months. It is now a lifestyle. When I can't get to the gym I miss it! I look forward to what my gym has in store for me everyday!
