Bio

In December 2010 I was introduced to CrossFit. It didn’t take long for me to realize that CrossFit wasn’t just about lifting and running and gymnastics, it was about having a place to belong. At a difficult time in my life, I learned that I was strong, and that I had potential to do more than I ever imagined. I also learned that I wanted to help others. Nothing made me happier than seeing a friend hit a new max on the lifting platform, or push through the end of a grueling workout. When I moved to Utah in October 2011, I found CrossFit Cedar City. Day one, I knew I had found a gym that valued community and camaraderie just as much as gaining strength, skill and speed. Since that time I have found even more definition to my passion for lifting and helping others. I pour my heart into every lift, and intentionally focuses on seeing strength, potential, and progress in myself and others. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer at CrossFit Cedar City and I am currently studying exercise science at Southern Utah Univ, will full intentions of getting my master’s degree in sports and athletic conditioning.

I competed on the Equestrian Team at Univ Nv Reno and rode since I was a little girl. Beyond that I was never involved in athletics until I met CF.
