How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Primal diet. I aim to do as well as I can and don't worry too much when I don't get it perfect.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Used to record everything. Been keeping a loose record since the crash last year. Lost some numbers. Got better with others. I train at Capop and I have a fighting practice per week.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Started working on the "extended warranty" at 37...
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started because I felt I needed to. Tried the classic gym... got classic result of stopping after two months ;o)
My Work/Rest Schedule
Three times a week. Sometimes four + a fighter practice which is good as a metcon.
