Started at CrossFit La Verne in February 2009. CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certified. CrossFit Endurance Certified. CrossFit Olympic Lifting Certified.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I incorporate distance running and MMA training into my workout schedule.
