Bio

I am a mother of 5. I love my kids; they keep me motivated to stay in shape so I can keep up with them. They support me completely!!! My close friends are and have always been there for me. I run CrossFit Luke at Luke AFB. Helping people get healthy is a huge priority for me. If I can change a life I've made a difference. I have had some huge changes in my life recently that made me direct my focus more to the games and a special someone who drives me to go harder.
