I am a mother of 5. I love my kids; they keep me motivated to stay in shape so I can keep up with them. They support me completely!!! My close friends are and have always been there for me. I run CrossFit Luke at Luke AFB and just recently am a part of CrossFit623. Helping people get healthy is a huge priority for me. If I can change 1 life I've made a difference. I have had some huge changes in my life recently that made me direct my focus more to the games.

I am a supervisor at Luke AFB, in AZ and run our CrossFit program, I love helping the Airmen get in shape to defend our country. My coaches here at Luke are as awesome as they can get. I also train Westside Silver Fins swim team in CrossFit workouts, and have several going to the Olympic trials. CrossFit makes a difference in lives!!!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I got pretty far last year and some rollercoasters I had to get off now Im ready and going to give it my ALL!!! I've got nothing to lose and everything to gain!!! Yeah Baby!!!
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
General Neubauer introduced CrossFit to me and I now run the program. I have been doing and running CrossFitLuke for 4 years. Just recently became a big part of CrossFit623, with great partners!!!
